Matter is comprised of atoms.
Chemical compounds are composed of atoms.
Biology is comprised of chemistry.
And so on.
An atom is a quantifiable accumulation of energy in a single point of space and time.
But that mass is convertible to energy – and back again.
The equation for this is e=mc^2 where m is mass.
When mass is converted to energy, it’s said to enter a quantum – and oftentimes indeterminate phase.
One form of energy is electricity – which is a predictable quantum form that has a frequency of 50 to 60hz.
Different universes with different methods and labels and measures of categorization of energy – may have different periodic tables where elements that may exist in a different universe do not in my own….. Or may not have matter and mass at ALL.
However. IF the universe has a measure of energy, the electricity (as energy) can ‘jump’ quantum frequencies to interact with unlike but similar systems, and make it possible to interact with dissimilar systems and alternate universes provided the means of interaction is energy based.
Put in layman’s terms. IF there are analytical measures for energy in another universe, then it’s possible (in theory) to interact with that universe through energy.
