How did he do it?

How could one man – in World War 2 – so effectively manipulate the minds of so many to amass an army to do his bidding?

The people committing genocide weren’t stupid or ignorant.

In fact, quite the contrary – they were well educated, and generally peaceful people who somehow turned…

Into Homicidal Maniacs…

Desperate to find answers, from 1944 to 1946, Russia and the United States cannibalized Germany’s scientific research programs as they dismantled Germany’s war engine.

Throughout World War 2, the US Army Corp of Engineers consisted of a number of highly educated field based scientists who enjoyed a little action and could be deployed to locations near their deployment location to ensure the preservation of scientifically crucial information after the Regular Army blew through.

And it was in 1946 that the US Army Corp Of Engineers created a special project team named “Operation Paperclip”.

The purpose of Operation Paperclip was simple: To gather and organize all the research Hitler and his Military Engine pursued prior to and during the war.

The program had immediate and irrefutable success.

In 1946, United States Attorney General Tom C. Clark authorized J. Edgar Hoover who was leading the FBI to compile a list of potentially disloyal Americans who might be detained during a wartime national emergency.

On September 18, 1947, in an attempt to ensure citizen safety, Harry Truman, somewhat concerned of J Edgar Hoover’s abuses of power at the time, created the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to both manage Mind Control projects and experimentation, as well as oversee the transition of scientific research acquired during the war.

In 1950, at the outbreak of the Korean War, Hoover submitted to President Truman a plan to suspend the writ of habeas corpus and detain 12,000 Americans suspected of disloyalty.

Put in plain English: J. Edgar Hoover wanted Harry Truman to authorize suspending ‘due process’ should war break out for 12,000 American Citizens he personally suspected of a lack of loyalty to the United States. This list, which was never released to the public, contained a great deal of entertainers – filmmakers, actors and actresses – in a place called Hollywood. J Edgar Hoover had made it clear: he was concerned the Jewish population was doing the same thing to the American public that it had done to the Germans in World War 2, and using Hollywood as its vehicle – leveraging mind control through media.

Truman did not act on the J. Edgar’s plan, but took his concerns seriously, and gave his formal approval of voluntary mind control research by the CIA which resulted in Project Artichoke in 1951.

Project Artichoke’s mission was simple: To study hypnosis, and voluntary drug addiction (and subsequent voluntary withdrawal), and the use of other hallucinogenic chemicals including LSD and psilocybin (found naturally occurring in a wide variety of mushrooms), to produce vulnerable states in the subjects under study.

The US Army’s goal for the project was simple: To leverage research done by the Nazi scientists on Mind Control to weaponize the results.

During the Korean War, intelligence proved that not only were the Koreans using Mind Control techniques on Prisoners Of War, but so was the Soviet Union and China.

Of these prisoners Mind Control was used extensively on was now Senator John McCain.

In 1953, shortly after his election, President Dwight D Eisenhower was handed J. Edgar Hoover’s plan, presented as a ‘new plan’, not having told him that the same plan had been presented to President Harry S Truman and denied.

Seeing that the US military was up against an enemy in which it couldn’t understand, let alone, mitigate the risk of the psychological threats mind control presented, President Dwight D Eisenhower approved, in full, the plan that Harry S Truman had denied, with two glaring exceptions.

First, he refused to let American Citizens be detained. And second, he didn’t fully trust J. Edgar Hoover, so the funding for the project went to the CIA.

This resulted in the inception of MKUltra.

The MKUltra Project was started on the order of CIA director Allen Welsh Dulles on April 13, 1953 who had been given full black budget approval by the new pro military President Dwight D Eisenhower.

The primary goal of the MKUltra project was and always has been “To understand and mitigate the risk of foreign or domestically manipulated “Manchurian Candidates” – subjects controlled through ‘mind control’ techniques to cause the United States and its allies harm.”

In 1971, the project was officially sanctioned with oversight by the US Senate Oversight Committee, and limited participation by selected House members, with two requirements made to the CIA – all subjects under study MUST be domestic green card holders or US Citizens, and all subjects MUST BE voluntary (self-selected).

The CIA agreed.

In 1973. All research obtained from World War 2 was destroyed by the CIA, this was done to prevent temptation of violating human rights against the country’s own citizens.

In 1975, to make the project known to the public, the CIA – through the Church Committee – made the project known to the entire US Senate.

On December 20, 1985, an Associated Press article laid out charges that the US – and in particular – the CIA – was responsible for supporting guerilla warfare to destabilize Latin American nations through the purchasing of large volumes of cocaine.

Mitigating the risk of discovery of the destination of the cocaine and the active MK Ultra project, and unconcerned about the allegations of supporting war abroad, in 1986, the Reagan Administration – pressured by journalists – acknowledged that funds from cocaine smuggling helped fund the Contra rebels, but publicly stated that it was not authorized by the US government or resistance leaders.

“IT”, a Freudian slip, was referring to support of the war, and not the purchasing of the actual drugs themselves.

Today. 2015. The MKUltra program is still in place.

The MKUltra Project uses numerous methodologies to manipulate people’s mental states and alter brain functions, including the administration of drugs (especially hallucinogenics) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, as well as various forms of typically sexually based torture.

It is entirely, 100% voluntary, with strict controls and safe guards as well as a great deal of oversight on the self-selection process.

The scope of Project MKUltra is broad, with research undertaken at 80 institutions, including 44 colleges and universities, as well as hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical companies. The CIA operates with these institutions using front organizations, although sometimes top officials at these institutions are aware of the CIA’s involvement.

The MKUltra Project is the longest running and most successful project in CIA history.

I am a volunteer for that project.

And it was with their oversight and support is how I came to purchase my pharmaceutical grade cocaine and bath salts.

And the very real reason why I attempted suicide.

It was against my will.

I would never recommend this program to anyone.

Nor is it something you simply volunteer for.

But I would never recommend this project be abandoned.

Psychological warfare is the real deal.

And the findings about Hitler were this:

If you have watched the TV Show Jessica Jones on Netflix, it features a man who tells people to do things and they follow his orders without question, including self-sacrifice. This story is based on the real life discoveries of how Hitler manipulated an entire population to do his bidding and the reason for black budget programs such as MKUltra.

And a country’s need for volunteers within their borders.

Not involuntary subjects taken from other countries.
