Mr Spielberg –
You were clearly bipolar when you made ET and Poltergeist.
Or as you’d refer to – duality, right?
In any case, I am not sure if you heard about the guy standing out front of Universal Studios for a couple months with a sign hoping to at least get your ear. Never happened. I have my suspicions as to why.
Look, I know how movies are made. Great marketing, combined with splicing alternate realities together and then claiming the costs are exorbitant, reaping the windfalls of the fiction and the investor’s money all for yourself…
When you really haven’t done a damn thing.
Bravo, I say, bravo, for this.
Now would you like to make a movie for real?
You have it in you. I know you do. There’s a reason I know.
Real actors, Improv, and real stories we create?
Would this make you feel better, and prove redemptive enough?
Or are you done without trying?
I know you have it in you. I’d like to make “The Idiot Who Made Everything” with you.
Chances are. It will collapse existence. A number of times.
Up to you.
